How To Extract Specific Pages From A PDF
You have a 200-page report and you need pages 5 through 10 for a client. Sending the whole report is overkill and may leak information you'd rather keep internal.
Extract Pages pulls just the pages you want into a single new PDF. Type the list, click Extract, download.
How Extract Differs From Split
Split PDF produces multiple output files based on the ranges - useful when you need each range as a separate document. Extract Pages always produces one combined output containing only the pages you listed, in the order you typed them.
If your goal is "give me one trimmed PDF", Extract is the right tool. If your goal is "give me three separate PDFs", Split is.
Order Matters
Pages appear in the output in the order you list them. "3, 1, 5" produces a PDF with page 3 first, then page 1, then page 5. This is useful when you want to reorder while extracting.
You can list the same page twice. "1, 5, 1" produces a three-page PDF with page 1, page 5, and page 1 again - handy for duplicating a cover sheet or front matter.
How To Extract
Drop your PDF into Extract Pages. Type the pages to keep using commas and dashes - "1-3, 5, 10". Click Extract. Download the result.
Need a visual picker instead? Organize PDF lets you see every page as a thumbnail and click to keep or remove.
